Diabetes and heart disease can be proven with medical tests. No need to fake that. Depression often accompanies heart disease.
Although you don’t mention dementia, I’ve heard Alz referred to as Diabetes III.
73 is young these days but your husband has some serious health issues.
What makes you think he’s faking?
