I have a fiduciary that the VA has chosen for me and I pay this fiduciary a monthly fee. For the past 2 mths I have been receiving my auto Deposit into my basicslly a type of prepaid card by chase banch weekly money for food, gas, etc. Well I also have been receiving a check in the same week for the same amount. I do not know why? So am I responsible for this considering I thought I was only supposed to get 1 payment per wk? Or is the fiduciary responsible?

Instead of asking if there is a mistake, call the Fiduciary and obtain an accounting of your income, expenditures, and bank balances be sent to you forthwith.
Or, there will be an audit, post haste.

Just remember, if you are getting the double payments by mistake they will eventually come looking for the money. Better to make a few phone calls now than to end up owing big $$ that you can't afford to repay.

How much are you supposed to get? You should at least know that.
Be your own best advocate and fiduciary.

If it's more than your income, less the fee for fiduciary, take the money and run! Lol.
Or, save it up to pay the rent!

You be responsible, give a call to the fiduciary.

I think you need to contact the VA; only a VA rep can explain why this is happening, especially since it's not clear from your post what type of assistance you've qualified for and what type of assistance you're getting.
