Paty--

I don't really understand your post. Are you saying that your cleaning service stole all but 10% of your groceries? And you called the police and they did nothing.

Also, somehow you called over 100 lawyers? Really? That's quite an undertaking.

How much money are you out due to the alleged theft? You'd pay a lawyer much more than that to investigate--which they don't do.

Your profile says you live with your cat and cockroaches. Not a great combination.

Sounds like you need to reach out to someone for an advocate for you. Do you have any family? Or a kind neighbor?

I don't think your post will get much attention, it's hard to know how to understand you.

But I wish you luck.

The cost of a lawyer will far exceed the cost of your groceries. The groceries are long gone in someone's belly so how will you prove any of this? Maybe if there's a security camera that shows the door to your apartment? I'm so sorry you were ripped off.

No, an attorney can be no help here. Unless you have proof (ie mounted cameras showing them taking off with the goods) you have only your word against their word. So no case.
Use another service for certain. If this happens enough to this store they will fire these criminals. So sorry this happened to you.

I suggest you call Office of Aging in your County and tell them you need help. There's also Adult Protection services.
