If it happens again should I have her arrested?

She only acts that way when she stays off her medicine and is with her boyfriend she is 73 and him 77.

Yes, You should absolutely call the police whenever anyone assaults you.

I do not think it’s appropriate to have a 73 year old with Alzheimer’s arrested. You should actually ask for a psychiatric hold.

Your Mom beats you when she is off her meds? Physical abuse should not be tolerated. Get out of the house and Call 911 the next time her anger escalates to this point. I don’t mean to scare you but are you sure there are no guns or weapons in the house? Is her bf there when this is occurring? Does he try to stop it?
