'i want to know how do you fine a lawyer for caregivers rights, and do you have to have lienses to be a caregiver???

You should find an elder law attorney who knows what is legal for adult caregiving in your state. You don't need to be licensed to care for a family member (in most states) but if you are caring for someone else, you should check with your state regulations. An elder law attorney can help answer both questions.
