Hello, My mother had a $10,000 life insurance policy, she went into a nursing home where her Social security pays and has Medicare and Medicaid. I signed over her Irrevocable life insurance policy after speaking to the funeral home. Is this all I need to do? I pay her premium every month from my income. Thank you.
