I am the rep payee but it is her money. And I am in the process of conservatorship case. I just want to let the judge know that I am trying to get paid for the services I provide, but I just am unaware of any programs that can reimburse me for my services

If you mean she is not eligible for Medi-Cal (Medicaid in California), then you will most likely not get paid unless your mother pays you from her assets. Where is she living? Your profile doesn’t have much info so it’s hard to give advice. Is she a veteran with military service or widow of one? Is she paying a share of housing expenses to offset some of her care? Is she a citizen since some programs won’t help with care if you are not.
Call the area agency of aging in your city and they can help identify programs she might qualify for.

Most caregiver children are paid from their parents money for caregiving services. If she qualifies for Medicaid you may get paid for a few hours a week at very low pay. If her husband was a veteran, she could possibly be eligible for VA Aid and Attendance. Check with your Area Agency on Aging to see if they have any local programs.
