There are so many legal issues and variables here, you'd best consult an attorney. They include how the house is titled, if there's a mortgage on the property, if your mom had a will and/or put the house in a trust, etc. If your sisters are bent on selling the house and splitting the proceeds, you may have the option to get a mortgage and buy them out if you want to keep the house for yourself, but if you can't do that, they might be able to force a partition sale.

A great deal depends on the laws of your state, as well as your mom's estate planning. Hire an attorney if you can't make headway with your family.

We need more info to give u any answers.

Did Mom have a Will. If so, was the house split between u. If so, they cannot take it away. If you want to live there, you may want to buy them out or pay them rent.

If no will, then someone needs to go to probate and the courts will determine who gets Moms assets. Usually next of kin, the children.

Then there's the trust.
