One option is to contact a care agency that provides CNA’s. This will be private pay approx $25 hr. The agency staff have been vetted and although no process is perfect, their staff are generally ok. I myself wouldn’t use strangers with no background check done. Other posters will be along soon.

Ask her doctor to order bath assistance for her.
