I am looking for Long term care facilities that accept Medicare and SSI only, without any other supplement. Any suggestions?

Start by calling your local Area Agency on Aging. Talk to a social worker.

Do you mean Medicaid? Medicare doesn’t pay for long term care. They will pay for short term care in skilled nursing facilities.
