I am in a battle for conservatorship of Mother. What should I do?

When Mother lived with us we had a caregiver. After a month I terminated the caregiver. She was mad and swore she would “get” me. She then went to my sister and did a deposition against me saying she regularly cleaned up my “cocaine” messes. Her statement was given to the court (this was 10 days after she wrote a glowing statement for me. She is lying. What should I do? Thanks Barbara
