Talk to his neurologist. Neurological disease can be difficult to treat. My mom has Parkinson’s disease. Have not dealt with this. May be more about men.

My uncle had Parkinson’s and did not have this issue. Meds come into play. My mom only takes Sinamet for her Parkinson’s disease. She doesn’t have any issues with her meds. Side effects are individual.

Some people do experience issues with their meds. So please discuss this with his doctor if he has signed a release for you to have access to his medical information.

How old is your brother? I cared for my mom with Parkinson’s for decades, 15 years in my home. So, I have had a bazillion conversations with mom’s neurologist. My mom’s neurologist is very well respected. He has told me that Parkinson’s is individual to every person.

My mom was diagnosed older so the disease has progressed slowly. People who are diagnosed younger, such as Michael J. Fox have a much more difficult time because the disease progresses more rapidly. .

This can be a side effect of anti-parkinson's medications, do not hesitate to mention it to his doctor.

Inappropriate Sexual Behavior (ISB) can be a symptom of dementia and Alzheimer's, and certainly Parkinson's Disease as well if dementia is involved. All these neurological diseases bring the possibility of ISB along with them. Speak to his doctor, if you can, as there IS medication available to help curb his impulses.

Good luck!

Medications can cause this compulsive behavior. Speak to the doctor asap. I'm sorry, it escapes me which medication causes this.
