Find Care & Housing
It's more than likely a harmless (and annoying) habit.

Distract him...give him some hard candy...chewing gum...go in the other room...keep the TV on...wear earplugs...build a sound-proof room...tell him it's annoying and to stop it every single time he does it...match the noise he makes with your own air horn...I'm sorry. Now I'm just being silly.

Find some sunny music send okay it in the background. Focus on that you can.;)
