Hi, I own the business. The family member is living nearby and I care for them. I do not want to hurt their feelings but their behaviour is completely inappropriate. I am unable to do my job. I’m close to locking the door !!
You have nothing on ur profile about your LO. Is there Dementia involved? Man or woman? You may need to sit down in front of them and look them in the eye. You say, I don't want to hurt your feelings but for this living arrangement to work you cannot visit me at work. Calls should be for emergencies only. I have to work and I am running a business. I am very busy. Your visits keep me from doing my job and attending to my clients. I will lose clients thus lose my business.
Ur relative may be lonely. Is there a Senior Center they can attend to during the day? Maybe a Daycare. If low income Medicaid may help pay for this.
