I have an 84 yr old client who has had a TBI but also has Lewy Body Dementia and just recently he doesn't want to eat. He is always saying there is a string in his mouth. Been to the doctor and dentist and there is no string. How can I convince him to eat?

Will he drink? Perhaps focus on smoothies and drinks like boost or ensure?
Also keep tiny snacks constantly at his side rather than worrying about meals.

Has he had a swallow study?
