When I arranged for a woman to come clean Dad's house through a Better At Home Program, I paid $25/hour. That was just for house cleaning, no personal care, no cooking etc. This was in BC Canada and is middle of the road price wise. She was paid every 2 weeks. Proper tax deductions, etc were taken off the paycheques. She was covered by the programs liability insurance.
