Ask the administration what hospice organization is used the most in the community where your aunt lives.

That's how I chose the one for my mom in Memory Care, and it worked great because the nurse was in the facility every day seeing someone. If some issue came up for my mom, the nurse could pop in and check on her. She also worked really well with the caregivers and nursing staff at the MC. They were a team.

I was contacted by the hospice program recommended by the Memory Care/ Assisted Living facility where my LO was living.

it turned out to be an excellent choice, and as her body failed, the services provided by the hospice were tailored to her ongoing needs.

If social services are offered in your aunt’s residence you could start there.

You can ask in the community where she is living if they have one they work well with.
You can also Google Hospice in your area and take down a few numbers and call.
Interview them just as you would any Health Care choice. Look at reviews on line and select the Hospice of your choice. If you find you do not like the one you have chosen you can call another and ask to be transferred.
