More info would be helpful .
Does your grandparent have dementia , pain , breathing problems ? What is the cause of not sleeping well ?

Has the doctor been told about this . What has been tried ?

Perhaps an aide at night could help ? Or perhaps placing grandparent in a facility may be needed ?

The rest of you need sleep , you can’t just cope on no sleep .

Sleep issues happen, and are almost impossible to change due to the fact that medications to promote sleep often don't work, or work too well; that is to say the elder becomes unstable on feet and has falls.

There comes a time when home care is no longer possible, and when a person needs the care and monitoring of several shifts of people with several people on each shift.
I think you are there.
It's time to consider placement now.

You cope by moving out, whether with a friend or another family member, or having said grandparent placed in the appropriate facility. A grandchild is not nor should ever be responsible for their grandparents care. Period.
