Mom passed at age 91 in December 2021, and my family has been anything but helpful. I need and Elder Law attorney who can help with the execution of a will, considering that there may be another one out there. Research is needed.

There are tons of them with five star ratings on Yelp.com . Just search "probate attorney" and Broward County, FL for the location.

Your guess would be as good as ours. Better, because this is the area you live in? I would start with online Trust and Estate Attorneys and make calls to give very basics of the situation and ask for referrals. If you have any NextDoor sites in your area online the folks in your own neighborhood may have dealt with these issues and have recommends. Wishing you good luck.

Are you saying you think there is a Will but can't find it? Or that there is one and you think she made a newer one. It such a shame that parents don't make children aware where all the legal papers are. A Will is not filed with the County until Probate so not filed at County Clerks office. I doubt if a lawyer is going to be able to find it. Are you aware what lawyer she may have used? Most people stay in their area. You may just need to call every law office in your surrounding area to see if Mom was a client. That lawyer will have a copy.
