My mom went into a diabetic coma in 2019. She recovered and needed physical therapy due to the tube they put down her throat and help to get back on her feet. Doctor in the hospital said she can go home, my little brother printed out POA off the internet before she went in the hospital. Upon release from hospital he had placed her in a nursing and rehabilitation center. POA was not a legal document. My mom’s rights were taken away. How can I get here out? She is also in a room with no call lights, no phone or TV.

We'll need a little more information:
- what state is she in?
- who has decided the PoA is not a legally executed document?
- how old is your mom?
- what is the reason why you have not brought your evidence to an attorney or have pursued guardianship through the courts?

I agree that we need much more information here.
Can you please tell us your Mother's current condition and whether or not your mother is currently functioning in her own behalf and competent to make her own decisions?
With whom did your Mother live prior to falling into her diabetic coma?
What is her current medical status?
Can't really answer your question without some further information. Your profile says only that you are caring for your Mother.

If your Mom is competent, she can get herself out of the home. If she was incompetent when she signed the POA its not valid. It has to be signed by a witness and notarized. POAs should be done by a lawyer. He can determine if a person is competent and not being coerced.
