My ex roomie was jailed for credit card theft and got out 2/19. She was at my home 2/26 packing and hit me in my head just barely missing my eye. After police took her away I found a lot of my stuff she had packed to take. She has gone through my bedroom and my sewing room repeatedly and taken things. If she sits for elderly, she will have time to case their house and take stuff and perhaps batter them too. I am 65 so she has no qualms about hitting an old person.

Find Care & Housing
You contact the Georgia Department of Health and Human Services and file a complaint. They will investigate and remove her as being qualified to work with vulnerable adults. The police should be charging her for elder abuse: financial exploitation (theft).

You are committing defamation of character. If she was released 2/19 and 2/26, it would mean she has not been to trial or convicted so it would not be on a background check.

You are posting this woman's full name on your profile, claiming she's a 'thief', along with her city of residence, which is a slanderous thing to do b/c she can easily be found on social media! If you have a case to file against this woman, call THE POLICE and do it, do not come to a website like AgingCare and do it.

I am reporting my comment to the moderators so they can remove this thread if they see fit.

Had a name before with a poster named digitalbanker, not only the name but address and I reported it so many times but it was never removed. I hope you have better luck.

How do you know someone hired her?

And if you do know someone hired her, how do you know they didn't do a background check?

If you know them well enough to know they didn't do a background check, why don't you just tell them she's bad news?

Or is this just a beef between the two of you?
