I need help with an over payment situation from Social Security in the year 2014.

They are wanting payment back in a month. i have no funds. I am not working I'm in a stressed mode all the time about this. but it would have to be a pro bono cause. please can someone somewhere help me?

You can have them collect the overpayment thru a deduction from your current benefits. They can collect this back over years, not immediately. Talk to them.

Call Social security and work out a payment arrangement. If you don't they will get really ugly about it.
