My neighbor has MS and a catheter, her husband takes care of her. It seems they could use some house cleaning help. Can I do it?

I'm sure he is overwhelmed with his responsibilites..If you can find a tactful way to ask them if they would like you to help clean up, then by all means do it...If you are looking for compensation for the cleaning make sure you tell them up front to avoid any embarrassment... It doesn't hurt to ask...
