This MS person is left alone a lot and has fallen several times and has had to call 911. She is homebound due to the fact that family members are unable to lift her into the wheelchair and get her into the car anymore to take her to dr. appt. and such. The family needs help and not sure where to start getting the help she needs. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Medicare provides hoyer lifts, which I use for my mother. She needs fulltime care and must get some sort of 24 hour care by either funding from the government or by herself, poor thing! She might get disability and can qualify for help, or just use it and hire someone. Good Luck

Feel so sorry for someone that young to be in such a state. I would call Elder Services in the area - they will have resources for you and are extremely knowledgable and care. Hope you can find some help. Take care
