Is there any help for a disabled caregiver?

i am legally blind, ive had triple bypass 4 yrs ago and recently had spinal fusion. i am also the only person who is willing to care for my 97 yr old mom. im so tired i fall asleep talking to my husband. if i mention getting someone to help me, mom has a fit. nursing home is totally out of the question. i feel like im dying. now mom has sciatica and has begun to whine like a child. help me before i lose what little mind i have left.

If mom won't move to Assisted Living, you should.

Let mom have a fit...put her in a facility..when is one life more important than another? Is not your life worth as much as your mother's?
