Goodness - I even forgot ho this worked and put everything under th question - I do not think my husbands dpoa was revoked legall from what I read in abuse sections - Dad had already been diaGNOSEd with unspecified dementia when mom took him to sisters dui attorne and he revoked the dpoa - both my husband and mother were equal - do you think I can get this changed and reversed - i was my understanding that if a hospital deemed a diagnosis of dementia dpoas could no longer be changed...............heck the guy was my sisters dui attny
