Health question; looking for a product to assist in cleaning after a BM.

I am 78 yrs old and have aching bones. Sometimes it's hard for me to clean my self after a BM. I remember that there was a company that made a unit that hooked to the hopper that sprays warm water and cleans then warm air dries me. If anyone knows about this item let me know. Thanks
