Anyone know a good "home recipe" for perineal cleanser?

I thought I saw one here once but I tried doing a search and didn't find anything. Been using the Aloe Vesta cleansing foam which is great but a little costly, not to mention tough to find other than ordering it on-line.

I put a few drops of baby shampoo in Moms sitz bath. Wish she would do THAT every day. Not cleaning well causes all the reasons she needs a Sitz bath in the first place. If they understood the chickens, they wouldn't need the eggs.

Meant to say: "spray onto a wipe or directly onto the skin."

2 parts water, 1 part baby shampoo. Pour into a squirt bottle that has a 'spray' feature and spray onto a wipe onto directly onto the skin. And you can't beat the price.
