My Dad is 77 and in a nursing home he has been declared imcompatant and I have medical Power of Attorney now they say I need Power Of Attorney to do important paper work and get needed records.How do I get it?

Your MPOA gets you access to any medical records or paperwork. Is someone else the financial POA? Financial POA would access bank accounts and pay bills. What is it you are trying to get done?
