Check with her doctor to see if you can administer the meds with food to make the nausea more bearable. In the meantime, feed her regular doses of hearty broths and crackers to spark her appetite and suck up some of that stomach acid while you, the doctor, and the nutritionist figure out what the best course of action should be. If every time I ate anything it meant I'd throw up, then I wouldn't be eating much either. Ask the doctor what's making her do that.
