In 2013, I was reviewed by Community Action Group,Sharon PA, for $19K home repairs - then was denied because: GROUND WATER IN BASEMENT, & "we don't do water" I was referred to "a plumber", for a sump pump. This is financially impossible for me. My income is $1,052/mo. SOC.SEC. I had to borrow from Savings for $4,500/furnace - NO emergency Repair Svc. available - NO one returned my calls - & it was -13+ degrees. Is there any funding available to help keep mold out of basement? Insulation on Cellar ceiling? Please help me.
Nancy L. Thank you.

Hi Nancyjo,

Here are some links I pulled from a few of our articles that may help with your caregiving question. Check out some of the available government grand and loan programs for home repairs.
