Forgery. I need legal guidance

Call the police. Call the three credit bureaus and request a copy of your annual free credit report. Fax a letter to all the credit bureaus stating that no one can gain any credit without your written permission.

The three major national credit bureaus are:
Equifax,

Experian,

TransUnion,

Freeze your credit. You can do this on-line at each one of the credit bureaus and the cost is around $10 each depending on what State you live in. Hopefully that will stop any further abuse of your credit. If anyone is compromising your credit they won't get credit to purchase a car, etc.

Make an official complaint to the Police Dept. to start with, then contact the Federal agencies with the same. If all else fails go to Wash. D. C. When you think about it chances are you'll have to keep crawling the ladder until someone listens to you, and sometimes that's what it takes - believe me. Don't worry about what others think, they are not walking in your shoes and it's YOUR credit and reputation. Hope this helps.
