FOG; Fear, Obligation, Guilt

I read in a post information about FOG (Fear, Obligation, Guilt) I had never heard of this before and am interested in learning more. Where do I find this info on the forum?

Type FOG into the site search box, you will have to scan through the results to find any that are relevant. You might also use google to search the web, there's a lot of info out there.

You can also find lots of threads when you search in Agingcare or Google for "narcissistic parents". There's a lot about FOG relative to narcissists.

Many different groups of people refer to FOG. If you do a Google search you'll get a zillion hits.
