New Client, First Day, Nervousness,

Have confidence in yourself, and if the client starts to push your buttons, remember that to him or her this might be a turf war and a chance to establish who's boss.

You can always just smile sweetly if you don't know how to respond. But also try to keep the interview/meeting on fact gathering.

Good luck!

Sure, I'd say so. Depending upon your age and personality. Handling a difficult patient isn't much different than managing a child or difficult, but valuable, employee. Find the path to successful manipulation, and you're good to go.
