How do I find good respite care for my husband so he doesn't feel lonely when I go places?

Any suggestions on finding respite care in the Tampa fl area?
Perhaps someone who can play cards or talk endlessly about sports?
My husband is physcially functional...with vascular dementia....feels abandoned. And lonley when I take time to go anyplace by myself.
