I am thinking of using Senior Planning Group for my mom. How do I find more unbiased info on them?

She is still somewhat independent but becoming more frail and I need help with her. I do not live with her.

First question is-- is she on Medicaid? If so she already has a managed care agency assigned to her care.

No, she is not and does not qualify for it.
