I need to find some free/low cost help for my mother (92) living alone in Cincinnati.

My 92 year old mother lives alone in Cincinnati. I am her only child living in St. Louis. She takes care of herself fairly well...just starting to need some assistance with transportation and grocery shopping. She is living on Social Security so money is an issue. Thank you for your assistance.
