I was brought here to live with my daughter after a stroke in jul 2016. After three abusive months with my daughter and her girlfriend, I was kicked out and am struggling to survive here in Pa. Is there legal help available for me?

My piano and 15-20 boxes are still there. Her girlfriend had an attorney send me a letter saying they are going to throw out my property if I didn't have it removed by 1/28/17. I wrote and asked for an extension but received no reply. The worst part of this is my sister 's ashes are in one of those boxes. I don't want her to go into the trash. My daughter is beaten down, I haven 't seen her since Christmas Day. I need real help.

I've already done that, told me to call state police, they didn't care as well.

Call your local Agency on Aging to have them give you information.
