Where can I find handicap accessible hair salons?

My mom is in a wheelchair and is paralyzed on her right side. I'm looking for a salon that can wash/cut/style her hair while she is in her chair.

JWilliams, any hairstylist can do it. You need to call some and find one that is willing to do it. It would be a personal decision of the stylist.

Lennot, the best thing to do is call around to the local salons and ask if they have a stylist who has experience styling clients who have a handicap, and explain what is the handicap. Or call your local Agency on Aging to see if they have a list of salons.
