Now that they're in AL. Came across this site, and wondered if there are more.

Do they allow table top convection ovens in assisted living places?

Sorry, but this site is not set up to search for convection ovens.

Haha, looks like a filter must have removed the link within my question. The link was to a website that reviews appliances & the like with ease of use for the elderly in mind. My question was about other sites that might offer similar reviews or advice. Poor phrasing of the question on my part!

You do bring up a good point, though. The AL my parents are in has cooking facilities in the apartments. Just not ovens. Mom had a full size oven at home & never any issues with using it, so there's no reason to think it would be a problem, but it's probably a good idea to ask the management.

I have a Cuisinart TOASTER OVEN that has a convection setting which works quite well for smaller baking jobs. The dials are not as readable as they could be, however. I don't know the model # (not at home). Check out toaster ovens (large) that have a convection setting and look at reviews.
