How do we find a financial "guardian" for my parents?

Mom and dad recently moved into an assisted acre facility. There are 4 adult children. Three had been taking care of mom's physical needs at home for 3 years. The other took care of the finances.
There are places that will assist with the physical. Can that be done with the financial? Can we hire a financial guardian (for lack of a better term)?
The stress has come close to claiming marriages.

You do not appoint a financial guardian..Only a Judge can do that. See your attorney and petition the court to appoint the Guardian.
