I am a caregiver and my mom lives with me.
I lost my job in 2015 and both my mom and me are run out of funds and savings.

Mom gets social security and I know have a part time job so that I can still care for.

I have a house, but our bills are piling up but need some guidance how to get back on track with the money we have and start paying towards our bills.

I have a house that has a mortgage and looking what my options are, since I been out of work and only now have a part time job, and don't have a lot of equity I don't think I can get a equity line.

Since I could of made better financial choices with mom and me I have no problem selling my mom in case she needs special long term care, but I would rather not.

As I read all the comment from caregivers I know that my situation is not as grave as many of your,
You scramble when you loose your job, money is tight or not available and trying to make correct choices, that is the reason for this request for information.
