Anyway to cut through the hassle and find only care facilities that accept Medicaid?

I'm a little frustrated sorting through all the websites and waiting on hold to find a place that will accept Medicade. So far I'm batting 0. I live in the Los Angeles area so there are too many places to count. Any tips?

Social worker at SNF should be able to help narrow search.

Kind of both. He has been declared unfit to care for himself; can't walk,fall risk, no control of bowels. She has been declared unfit to care for herself mentally. They are in A temporary skilled nursing facility and they want them out.
