Sorry, I don't know of any program that will help you pay for your caregiver. This was a contract between you and your caregiver. Why are you unable to pay now?
The only thing you can do is apply for Medicaid, and they could send over an Aide for a few hours and Medicaid would pay for it. But you would still owe the person you were unable to pay.
