File the annual report , Inventory info. and other info. with the court? It seems overwhelming all of the info. the court needs, and I'm not sure that I would even know how to do it. Would my attorney work with me all the way through it, or do they just initially file the papers to get Guardianship? I have no idea.

You are the one who signs and certifies to the court that all the financials are correct. Your attorney would charge you by the hour for the annual report. So would an accountant. You do the tax returns as well.
The fee you paid for the Guardianship hearing is only for the hearing, nothing more.
