I want to file a complaint about over charging by an elder care manager. Any advice?

A few years back my Dad had to move my mom to a nursing home, Medicaid allows moving money from a sick spouse to a well spouse. It is my feeling that the person my dad hired severly overcharged him.

Are you serious? Why are you stirring this up years later? What authority do you have to complain about your dad's past business dealings? Unless there's more to your concern, drop it.

No, there are statutes of limitation for filing suits and complaints. It's water over the dam at this point.

Statutes of limitations would be 2 years in most states.
