Your profile says that Mom is in Assisted Living and that she has dementia.
Who is moving her? Why? How long has she been in the current care center?
Does someone have POA and Medical POA? Is Mom still competent to make her own decisions?
Please provide a little more background, so we can make specific suggestions.
