My mom and I have been living and caring for my grandparents for the past 18 years. Grandpa has recently passed away. And now 4 out of the 8 children have gone to court for guardianship and saying that we stole money. Well Mom had enough and decided to move out. And we want to have grandma spend the weekend with us, and now my aunts are trying to keep her saying she can’t spend the weekend.

If they have guardianship they have proved that Gma is not competent to handle her own affairs. This is determined by a Judge with documentation from Gma's doctors. Not sure, but Gma had to be present. So, the guardian may have the right to say who does and who doesn't see Gma. Sure there will be others to chime in.
