Find Care & Housing
We are in California. Our local senior center is downright prolific with classes, talks, seminars, luncheons, etc. for caregivers. They even house the Area Agency on Aging, and have a supportive services department. Call your Senior Center.

Probably several. Do a computer search. There may be general groups or diagnosis specific sessions. Some hospitals offer support groups. Ditto for houses of worship. You can try United Way. Check your own medical insurance company, they often have such groups. And in my area, Assisted living and nursing homes offer caregiving sessions as well. There is a great deal of help around, reach out and grab it. Good luck

Your best bet is to click on this link https://www.agingcare.com/local/Area-Agency-on-Aging and find your State, now find your city/county.... call your local Agency on Aging and see if they have a current list of caregiving support groups. Hope you find one :)
