My father was in the military. He just passed away 3/14/15 age 85. My mother has stage 4 dementia and requires 24 hour care. Her care is astronomical. Her and my father own 4 homes. Only one is livable. The other three need to be scraped. Does my mom qualify for A&A benefits through my dad's veteran benefits?
there is no will or trust. Please share any ideas.
